£1,250 per day, invoiced per day. No retainer, no minimum, no lock-in.
The constraint is named and the sequence is yours to run. This is the sanity-check on the follow-through — someone who saw the inside and has no incentive to stretch the work.

Everything else I sell is priced by outcome — a diagnosis, a proof, a redesign, each with a fixed price and a defined end. The one thing priced by time is advice: £1,250 a day, and you buy exactly as many days as you need.
Advisory means advice. You own the decisions and the outcomes. If you want implementation, that's a priced offering on the menu with a defined end — and if you want something à la carte, we can talk.

My full attention on your decisions: reviewing a plan, pressure-testing a vendor claim, working through an operating-model call, preparing you for a board conversation. Take it as a whole day or split it into sessions across a couple of weeks — whatever fits how you work. Remote by default, on-site by arrangement.
As many as the decisions demand. Advisory scales because you own the outcomes — I am advising, not delivering. Some clients want one day around a big call; others book a day a month as standing access. Both are fine, and there is no minimum and no lock-in either way.
Then it stays advice until you decide otherwise. If you want something implemented, the menu is public: a diagnosis, a PoC Sprint, an Operating Model Redesign Sprint, a workshop cohort — each with a fixed price and a defined end. And if what you need doesn’t fit any of those shapes, we can talk à la carte. Extension is your choice, never my pitch.
